Ready Made Items

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Personalization vs. Customization

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.

Ready-Made Items: ships within 3-7 business days

Made-to-Order Items (POLOS/EMBROIDERY): ships within 5-14 business days.

Orders under $149 before tax will have a Flat Rate Ground Shipping of $10

Orders over $150 before tax will have Free Ground Shipping

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed if no work has begun.

Orders cannot be canceled if work has been performed (made-to-order or personalized items include, but are not limited to).

Please call or email to check on the status of your order.

Returns/Refunds:

There are no returns or refunds for any item that has been personalized just for you (embroidery or screen printing).
