General Info
When are you open for customer service?
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.
We will be closed on the following holidays in 2026:
- Holiday – Friday, March 13th to Friday 20th, 2026
- Holiday – Friday, April 17th to Friday, May 1st 2026
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 25, 2026
- Independence Day – Friday, July 3, 2026
- Labor Day – Monday, September 7, 2026
- Veterans Day – Wednesday, November 11, 2026
- Thanksgiving Week – Monday, November 23 to Friday, November 27, 2026
- Christmas Break – Monday, December 21, 2026 to Tuesday, January 5, 2027
Do you have a storefront?
Currently, we are online only and attend select CDCR events with a pop-up shop. You can follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our email list for event updates.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. We operate as an online-only business and do not have a storefront for pickups.
Ordering & Verification
How can I place an order?
To place an order, you must first sign up and verify that you are in law enforcement. Once you register, you will receive an email with instructions. Please check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive.
I submitted my verification, but haven’t heard back.
You won’t receive a response unless the photo you submitted needs correction. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly when uploading your credentials.
Why do I have to verify again?
The email address serves as your unique identifier for verification purposes, rather than your name. If you establish a new account using an email different from the one previously verified, you will receive verification emails.
Shipping & Processing
Where are the emails confirming my order?
All emails are automated and sent to the address you used during checkout. Check your spam folder or search "Peace Officer Clothing" in your inbox.
When will I receive my order?
- Ready-made items: Ship within 3 to 7 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items (Polos/Embroidery): Ship within 5 to 14 business days.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during event weeks or after holidays. An estimate is provided in your order confirmation.
I need my order sooner. Can you rush it?
Rush service may be possible depending on our current workload. Please reach out with all the details before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your deadline.
Embroidery & Custom Orders
Can you embroider on items I provide?
Yes, but only on new, unworn garments. We will do our best, but not all areas of a garment can be hooped for embroidery. You are responsible for shipping items to us for work to be done.
Can you sew on patches for me?
No, we do not offer sewing or alteration services.
What qualifies as a custom screen print order?
- Items we don’t stock (e.g., specific brands or styles)
- Ink or garment color changes
- Style adjustments (t-shirt to hoodie, etc.)
- Artwork changes or new design requests
- Sizes 4XL–6XL are considered custom and may have different pricing or availability.
- A minimum of 12 pieces with the same artwork is required. You may mix garment styles (e.g., t-shirts and hoodies).
Please note: We do not accept custom screen printing or embroidery orders in October, November, or December due to increased holiday demand and scheduled breaks.
You don’t offer the badge I need. How can I request it?
We’re continually expanding our badge options. Please send a clear description and/or reference photo so we can assess whether we can create it.
Can you make patches?
Yes, a minimum of 12 units is required. The price varies according to size, shape, backing, and material types.
Inventory & Product Availability
The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
We restock regularly, but some items and sizes sell out quickly. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications via the Newsletter at the bottom of each page.
Restock Schedule for Ready-Made Items in 2026:
- ISU – Friday, January 16, 2026
- CRT – Friday, February 6, 2026
- Range – Friday, February 20, 2026
- Parole – Friday, March 6, 2026 (POSTPONED)

Customer Service & Follow-Up
I haven’t received a reply to my message. What should I do?
We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. During busy times (like after events or vacations), replies may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Why haven’t you responded to my Instagram DM?
Due to high message volume, our Instagram DMs are automated to help direct you to the right place faster. For order questions, product requests, or custom inquiries, please use our contact form or email us for the fastest response.
