When are you open?
- Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, closed on Saturday and Sunday.
How Can I Place An Order?
- To place and order, you need to sign up to become a member. After you submit your login information, you will be email instructions on how to validate your information. Please be sure to check your "Spam" if you don't see the email. After the verification that you are in Law enforcement, you will be able to purchase from this website.
I sent in my verification but have not heard anything back. Why?
- If you reply to the LEO Verification email and include a picture as directed, you will not receive a response. Follow-ups on verification emails will only occur if the submitted photo requires correction.
Where are the emails confirming my order?
- Most of the emails you will receive are automated. Please check your SPAM folders or search “Peace Officer Clothing” in the email you used to place the order.
When will I get my order?
- We value your excitement about your new items, but please remember we’re not Amazon. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Business days include Monday through Friday but exclude holidays. Ready-made items will ship within 3 to 7 business days, while Personalized Items (POLOS/EMBROIDERY) will take 5 to 14 business days to ship.
How can I get my order sooner?
- Suppose you do need an item sooner than our standard shipping time. Please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. While we sell various products on our site and provide custom screen printing and embroidery services. There may be orders in the queue, and we might need more time to rush an order.
What is a Custom Screen Printing Order?
- New Items: If you're looking for a specific item that we don't currently stock, such as a different brand, style, or type of apparel, this would be considered a custom order.
- Color Changes: Whether you want to change the ink color used on a design or select a different color for the item itself, these adjustments fall under custom orders.
- Style Adjustments: If you'd like to modify the style of an existing product—such as switching from a t-shirt to a hoodie or opting for a different fit—this is also a custom request.
- Artwork Modifications: Any changes to the artwork, whether it's altering an existing design, adding new elements, or creating something entirely new, will be treated as a custom order.
- Piece Requirements: you must purchase a minimum of 12 pieces with the same artwork on each piece. You can mix and match clothing styles, such as T-shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies, as long as you order a total of 12 pieces.

You don't offer the badge I need. How do I get that embroidered?
- Our list of badges is ever-growing, but that doesn't mean we have everything. Please describe what you need in detail.
