Bulk & Custom Orders

Peace Officer Clothing offers bulk team orders and custom screen printing or embroidery for units, teams, and organizations. These orders are handled separately from website checkout to ensure accurate pricing, production quality, and turnaround times.

What Qualifies as a Bulk or Custom Order

  • Team or unit orders of 12 or more items
  • Custom screen printing or embroidery
  • Multiple garments, placements, or designs
  • Orders requiring new blank garments to be sourced

Bulk and custom orders are not placed through the website and are fulfilled using custom invoices.

Bulk & Custom Order Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Contact us with your order details (see checklist below).
  2. Quote Review
    Pricing is calculated based on garment type, quantity, ink or thread colors, placements, and artwork needs.
  3. Invoice & Payment
    If you approve the quote, a Shopify invoice is issued. All work begins only after payment is received.
  4. Artwork & Mock-Ups
    After payment, digital artwork and mock-ups are created for review and approval.
  5. Production & Shipping
    Once approved, your order goes into production and ships after completion.

Information Required to Request a Quote

To avoid delays, please include all of the following when contacting us:

  • Team or unit name
  • Primary contact name and email
  • Garment type(s) (hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, polos, etc.)
  • Total quantity (bulk pricing starts at 12+ items)
  • Size breakdown per garment type (example: 2 Small, 5 Medium, 8 Large, 4 XL)
  • Garment color(s)
  • Screen printing or embroidery
  • Placement(s) (front, back, sleeve, chest, etc.)
  • Deadline or event date (if applicable)

Artwork & Design

  • Please attach any existing logos or artwork when submitting your request
  • If artwork needs to be created or modified, artwork or digitizing fees may apply
  • Artwork and mock-ups are created after invoice payment is received

Important Notes

  • Bulk and custom pricing is available only through Shopify invoices
  • Website orders are fulfilled from existing stock and do not qualify for bulk pricing
  • Bulk orders use newly ordered blank garments specific to the order
  • No production, artwork, or garment ordering begins until payment is made
  • All bulk and custom orders are final once production starts
  • Custom orders are not accepted during October, November, or December
